The aim of this study is to investigate the physicochemical properties, antioxidant activities, and total phenolic contents plateau (multifloral), chestnut, rhododendron, acacia honey collected from Ordu province in Turkey. rhododendron had highest acidity (p < 0.05) while chestnut showed conductivity (1.13 ± 0.25 mS/cm) among all 0.05). diastase activities lowest HMF were determined multifloral honey.
